Japanese restaurant "Ebisu" is located at the top of the Belgrade hotel "Square Nine", a unusually name owes to Japanese god of fishermen. The restaurant's interior is decorated in a minimalist style and is surrounded by a terrace with a view of the historic Belgrade. In addition to sushi, which is an essential part of Japanese cuisine, the restaurant serves classic Japanese dishes: Aburi Salmon soup with noodles, spring rolls, seafood, various delicacies. Ingredients are purchased in Japanese markets across Europe, and fish is delivered twice a week, which guarantees the freshness and quality of ingredients. Beverages means the best Japanese beer, wine and spirits: dry, semi-dry and premium sake, rice beer, Japanese whiskey, cocktails inspired by Japan.
